Unlocked Smiles: Traditional Orthodontic Braces
Achieve a beautifully straight, fully aligned smile with the most proven, versatile tool in orthodontics. Traditional braces combine high-grade materials with modern biomechanics to correct even the most complex bite and alignment challenges with reliable, precision control.

How Braces Work
Traditional braces work by applying continuous, micro-calibrated pressure over time to guide teeth into their ideal positions and realign your bite.
1. Precision Brackets: Small, biocompatible metal or ceramic brackets are bonded to the front of each tooth, acting as anchors.
2. Arch wires: A thin, high-tech metal wire runs through each bracket. As the wire gradually attempts to return to its original arch shape, it exerts gentle pressure on the teeth.
3. Elastics & Adjustments: Ligatures (rubber bands) secure the wire in place, while small intraoral elastics may be used to coordinate your top and bottom teeth. Periodic adjustments step your progress forward month by month.
What We Can Correct
Braces do far more than straighten crooked teeth—they optimize your overall oral function and long-term health.
• Severe Crowding: Space-creating movement for heavily overlapped teeth.
• Complex Bite Issues: Correction for deep overbites, underbites, crossbites, and open bites.
• Spacing & Gaps: Evenly closing gaps to create a uniform arch.
• Impacted & Rotated Teeth: High-tensile force control to bring rotated or trapped teeth into alignment.
What to Expect: Your Records & Bonding Appointment
Getting braces is straightforward and completely comfortable. Watch our quick video to see what happens during your placement appointment!
Step 1: 3D Digital Records & Scan (~10 minutes)
We capture high-definition intraoral images, digital X-rays, and 3D imaging to evaluate bone structure, root position, and jaw orientation.
Step 2: Tooth Conditioning & Bonding (~20 minutes)
Teeth are thoroughly cleaned and prepared. A mild adhesive is applied to hold the small brackets precisely in place on each tooth surface.
Step 3: Arch wire Placement & Color Customization (~15 minutes)
The initial arch wire is threaded into the brackets and secured with your choice of colorful (or clear!) elastic ties to begin your alignment journey.
